PROGRAM OVERVIEW

As part of our intergenerational mission, we established an internship for students and recent graduates: the “Cultural Angel” internship. By bringing young people with artistic backgrounds into the MAP program, we aim to expose the next generation of artists to Mediterranean traditions of intercultural, interdisciplinary, and intergenerational exchange. By participating in programming, socializing with guests at meals and sharing their own artistic work, Angels make valuable connections with our guests and with one another.

Each programming week offers up to six Cultural Angel internship positions. Angels are compensated for travel, provided with accommodation and a small daily stipend. Interns assist with all aspects of logistics and guest hospitality, including meal service, set up and breakdown of programming facilities, driving responsibilities and other administrative tasks.
